Jesus, The Host! July 18, 2010

Hospitality is often time seen from our end; we feel as though we are giving hospitality.  As St. Paul tells us in Colossians 1:24 today, "..filling up what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ on behalf of His Body, which is the Church..." reveals that Jesus is The Host! He gives us a share in the most important work of the world: Salvation!  We will be eternally grateful that Jesus has allowed our sufferings to share in the work of redemption.
