14th Sunday, Ordinary Time, cycle C, July 4, 2010

Jesus gives His power and authority to the 72 disciples in the Gospel today.  Jesus gives His Holy Spirit, filled with power and authority to His Church.  No one is forced to be a Catholic.  We freely choose to be Catholics.  In doing so, we accept all of the truths of the Church.  Let's use our freedom to grow in holiness and show others the love of God!
